What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Lovaluxury, the delivery time may be different from what you are used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and shipping costs. This allows us to offer our products at competitive prices. The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I have not received my order?
Due to the high demand for our products, your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If the estimated period has passed and you still have not received your order, please email us at support@lovaluxury-australia.com. We will investigate what has happened to your package.
I want to exchange or return my order, how do I do that?
To return an item, please contact our customer service at support@lovaluxury-australia.com. Provide your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return. Once confirmed, you can send the product back using a courier of your choice.
How much does return shipping cost?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at your own expense. The cost depends on the courier you choose. Please check the courier's website for more information on pricing.
What are the conditions for returning my products?
You always have a 14-day return period, starting from the day you received the item. However, there are some conditions for returns:
